My approach

I am passionate about helping people navigate difficult seasons of life, including times of transition and uncertainty, as well as working through past painful experiences and trauma. I value the opportunity to walk alongside clients as they process what they’ve been through, make sense of their experiences, and begin to reconnect with their strengths and sense of self. One of the most meaningful parts of my work is supporting clients through these challenges with compassion and care, while witnessing the resilience and insight that emerge along the way. Seeing clients move toward healing, reach their goals, and create lasting, meaningful change in their lives serves as a constant reminder of why I love this work.

EMDR

EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing.  It’s a type of therapy that helps your brain heal from difficult experiences—not just trauma, but anything that feels “stuck.” When painful experiences or emotions get “stuck,” they can keep showing up as worry, sadness, or feeling on edge. EMDR helps your brain reprocess these experiences so they lose their emotional charge and no longer hold the same power over you.
