The Emotional Freedom Technique, or EFT, is a way to use the energy from our bodies for self-healing. It is related to acupressure and works on the same energy meridians used in traditional acupuncture to help heal emotional and physical pain.

EFT helps you remove negative emotions, reduce physical pain, heal from past emotional pain, and achieve the positive goals you want. Sometimes people tap, but you do not have to - you can simply hold the points.

The process starts by identifying the negative emotion, thought, or feeling and then going through the process of holding or tapping the points in a sequence to release the negative emotion, thought, or feeling. We go through several rounds, but you learn it fast so you are able to use this wherever you go!
